Kostvexa is a subscription intelligence platform and an independent editorial blog. We build software that finds wasted spend in your recurring bills, and we write honest, practical guides to the same problem.
What Kostvexa is
Kostvexa tracks every subscription you pay for, streaming, software, cloud, telco, anything that bills on a schedule, and surfaces the money leaks: forgotten renewals, duplicate services, overpriced plans and trials that quietly converted. You can import a bank-statement CSV in your browser, add services by hand, see renewals for the coming days, and act before a charge lands.
Our editorial approach
The blog is written for readers, not for search engines. Every guide is checked against the actual billing screens and cancellation flows it describes, prices are labelled as snapshots you should verify in the app, and we never invent statistics. When an example number is used, it is clearly an example. Each article lists when it was published and when it was last reviewed.
Privacy and independence
Kostvexa is financed by subscription plans, not by selling data or reviewing products for payment. We do not sell your personal data, never ask for banking credentials, and process CSV imports entirely in your browser. Editorial content and product decisions are kept separate; nothing on the blog is written against payment or affiliation.
Who runs it
Kostvexa is a small independent team based in Malaysia, building for Malaysian and international users. You can reach us at support@kostvexa.my, and matters like refunds and data deletion are governed by the documents linked in the footer.
